Xara X is a really easy-to-use vector-based graphics program.  The graphics and are you can make using Xara X are great for the web. You can export in .jpg, .gif and .png with ease.

Xara X makes it easy to make a realistic shadow.   I will make three types of shadows and add color to a shadow on the final step. The three types of shadow effects are the wall shadow, glow shadow and the floor shadow.

Simply click on the text icon on the Tool bar. I have chosen to write out “Xara is Fun.” My default color is blue. You can change your text to the color of your choice.

Step 2. Let’s click on the SHADOW Tool on the Xara toolbar.

The shadow tool is identified by the lightbulb over the L shaped box.
